Purple stem and line running through main

Have a few purple stems on a select few leaves and a purple line running all the way up through the main stem, what does this mean? I have another going, same strain and no purple stems or anything. thanks for the help guys, gonna blaze up and wait for the replys. +rep for reply :joint:

it might also be some minor def. ive never not had purple stems so idk... just thought you might want to know... that idk

It's perfectly normal. Some have them some don't. Lots of my plants do and a few don't. All on the same nutes. This means it's just in it's genes.

I've noticed a lot of purple appear on the stem when they go under a decent amount of fluorescent light.

Sweeet thanks for all the reply's. Giving it the rest of this week and then throwing into flowering, theyre getting too big!

Homegrown: I figured the same thing, the plant that has it happens to be the best looking :weed:

Ooli: CFL since day 1 :)

Just remember plants of the same strain have both an A, and a B phenotype. Just cause plant A dosent have purple stems does not mean plant B won't either. It's like twins that look different if that makes any sence.
