purple stems, wilting by moring

I have been having some issues for a year now. My mothers started getting dark purple stems, followed by necrotic margins on lower leaves, some spots. Leaves later dry and dye.
Wilting by morning in veg. (fusarium wilt?)
I have been using the same nutrient line / schedule for 5+ years with great success. In soil or soilless.
Clones root from the mothers, with nice white roots busting in 3 weeks, however the purple stems follow into veg and bloom.
In bloom, noticeable dryer sun leaves, finished product lacks previous runs density. Overall harvest total is diminished:(
Water is ph at 6.3 / run off at every watering. Run off ph is in 6.2-6.7 range.
As for fungal? I have used Serande (foliar), SM-90 (foliar & root drench), MycoStop (root drench), etc...
Any help from veteran gardeners is most welcomed!
Peace

The mothers were no more than 4 months old. I no longer have any as I cut them all down.
I cut them down at soil line, them cut a vertical cut up the stem, the center of stem was dark, however the rest of xylem looked free of fusarium wilt (no dark streaks).
Now I am just looking at saving the rooted cuts, that are developing purple stems and wilting by morning, if possible?

if they're rooted, i would go ahead and plant them, maybe with a stress-reducer of some sort (i'm personally a fan of superthrive, but it tends to be a bit $ for some people and there are lots of anti-stress products out there).
this'll let the roots start doing their job. unfortunately, in the "hope for the best prepare for the worst" philosophy, we can't dismiss the possibility that the clones from a sick mother are also sick, but there's just as good a chance (imo) that they're not/they'll recover.

by 'by morning' i'm assuming you mean 'by the end of dark'? what sort of light are you using? what sort of light cycle?

By "sunset".
Moms have always been under a 6 lamp T-5 fluorescent, 18 hrs / light 6 dark.
Rooted clones are currently in 4 inch pots, Ocean Forest amended with diatom / earth, and dolomite lime to bring ph up a bit. Under 600W HPS's.

I foliar sprayed them with SM-90 three nights ago (starting to look better), and watered with Liquid Karma (wetting agent) and Activinate (bacteria) last night.
Will spray them again tonight with SM-90, and a third time 3 days later.
