well hey when riu lost a bunch of threads i forgot about this one... your dirt looks to barky, ur from tac goto Lindas hydroponic gardening on canyon if your south or indoor garden on 6th ave they hjave everything ull need

careful with potassium conclusions. Nitrogen and sulfur probs also cause this.... How about over watering and mold in the stalks? Purple in hte stems of the leaves is one thing, stalks is another?? I usually consult my Jorge's grow bible which would demand some pics.

Alot of ppl will grow a whole crop having this deficiency the whole time and not knowing cus they thing its a "Good" purple but infact it is causing things like internode elongation, miniaturized leave formation and stunted growth rate.

So to answer your question.
Based off his description, yes I will still stand by with a 95% certainty that it is a Potash deficiency, even without pics.

I will tell you sir you are wrong. And its not the temps either they stay between 70-85 degrees. Its not a potash deficiency because we have been using too much ferts. They are just purple veins that are growing on plants from the blue/purple families
