Zane, in the future when you have spare money for seeds. Do your homework. See what strains grow good in your region. If youʻre near the desert Iʻd imagine all African strains & AfGhani Strains should suit your region well.

Yeah thanks for the advice, Ive done some homework on breeding, studied fdd's thread on it lol But i still have about 9 plants that have to show sex, show ill have some males, and im gonna collect pollen, the breeding part is tricky though, it being outdoors, pollen floatin around

lol oh and im not in the desert, im more in the city really, but its just that most of SoCal is just really like a desert, how hot and dry it can get, but yeah the afghanxmazars freebies I got from m-s.nl..they do good, like you said :peace:

breeding is a lot easier than you think my friend. When itʻs time to pollinate a female. You do so early in the morning if itʻs done outside so wind is at a minimal. You can either use q-tips or tiny-tiny paint brushes to dust your target bud on the female. Zane, it actually takes years to really stabilize a strain. PAtients is a virtue with cannabis breeding. Imagine all the breeding one can do if you have as many strains as I have at home? The possibilities are boundless!!!!

I know, breeding seems so fun, I often daydream about strains I would try to cross :eyesmoke:

I understand the way to do it, it just seems risky you know, like you have all those strains, and if you pollinate one, cant it potentially turn into a giant disaster if many others get seeded, and then you have know idea what the seeds true parents are? Or am i giving pollen to much credit?lol can you really seed one bud of one plant outdoors and none of your other budding plants will be affected?

It was that "marijuana-seeds.nl" decided that they would throw any seeds together abd call it ʻPW", or a fucked up employee has been stealing them and replacing them with who knows what? But I can tell you that only one seed of my ten was actually a ʻPWʻ strain!!!! Upon contacting ʻmarijuana-seeds.nl", and explaining what happened, they said Iʻd get them replaced with seeds from a new batch! But why should I have to buy more seeds for them to replace their fuck up? This wasnʻt the only problem I have had with
marijuana-seeds.nl"either. But thatʻs another story.
