hey RDR try walgreens for you heating packs.. they have one that has a auto shut of timmer of reg 24 hr run.. and ith as 6 heat settings low - cook... for 21 bucks.. never had a problemusin it before.. but is says no water.. probaly a fire hazard right

i bought a dome and tray off ebay wth built in heating pad so far everything i put in it sprouted dont remember wht i paid but wrks great has 4 vents on top can open and close to regulate moisture ive been germing in mg seed starter mix and coco coir 3 parts coco 1 part mg excelent results 100% percent germ lately

mine has a temp controller w/heat matt to turn off automatically at 80F keep the soil temp same 24 hrs a day for good germination..its all hydro farm cloning ang seedling settup.50 watt florescent tube runs over it.gonna use light warrior and my seedling nute.,always pop ground 2 days avg.

i have seen sum use heat pads wit no controller on them thos things will go over 100 degrees on ther own without controls

they sure improves things along wit humidity

ya mine just has a digital setting 1.2.3.4.5.6 i never havi it up past 2.. I stewed a batch of clones when i first got it..lol

yea yu want it humid not lift lid,pathogens and bacterias which cause green lookin grains in the soil.best not open dome for 3 days strait , 4 maybe.i have 4 domes like this one . there a adjustable vent at top i dont use.

yea i fried my first tray of clones to.forgot to plug the heat matt to temp controller instead strait wall mount heat matt.,lol.
