not doing enough though!
but yeah, the visible plant looks no different to a rooted clone after bouncing ack from it's droop. i'll keep playing the waiting game then

1. That doesn't sound like quite enough pump for that much water but don't despair - you can compensate by raising the water level. TEST first to see if it is getting the cube wet enough.
2. Don't worry, roots love an airbath!
3. Good question. If just for oxygenation it doesn't matter, but to feed new seedlings you need splashing that gets to each netpot. Try putting empty netpots under each hole where you plan to have a plant and see if they get wet up the sides after an hour or so.
4. You can make it work and you're onthe right track!
^^^^^ exactly!
Another question about connecting the air tubes to an air pump.
Does this setup look okay? My bro told me that I should rather connect it straight without any crossconnectors , so that the straighter it's connected the more air pressure it gives, which allows more of the air to be pumped in.
Here is how I did it. Do you find this rather ineffective?
Peace
That works fine. I have accomplished the same thing by running tubes from the outlets I didn't need and clamping them off - the tubes to nowhere.
Cheers. Very inspirational!
Okay, just dont throw the stones at me =)) Got another question..
Couple of my clones are looking pretty weeak, although the roots are fine. Just made this setup and my question is, what are the chances of this particular clone to survive?
What are my options to enhance the chances?
Leaves look like its dying.... Is it in a huge problem?
Cheers. Very inspirational!

Thanks a lot for dropping that knowledge all over me. I was coming on here to ask how I knew I had the right pump, and thanks to you I know I don't. My setup now is strictly for this grow, first timer, and then I will build a better one. Again thanks, and please continue to post for tards like me.
I think for a single bucket some smaller aquarium stones and pump would be enough. But you have to test it like I said. It is always better to have more bubbles than you need, then if a stone clogs the plants are still being fed enough. I use this pump:

No.. It is not the best deal.
You can get the same brand (Sunleaves) with a significantly more powerful pump (950 instead of 600) at a slightly lower price ($35 instead of $37) here:

Just get a powerful air pump, it will do you much better than the crappy air and water pump I see people using in their bubbleponics systems
