First you want to remember that bubbleponics is just a coined word, like frisbee. It can mean different things to different people. I don't use bubbleponics, I use simple dwc with a high level of bubble action, and no water pump (per the original post).
I suppose you could use a fish aquarium as a res but since you can buy a plastic tote for under $10 and it is better, I'd go that way.

in a 100+ gallon DWC (3x35G Res) and my water is rolling with bubbles. The pump is a bit pricey, but it is relatively quiet and easy to rebuild (haven't had to in almost 3 years of constant use).
Wetting the cubes with the mist from the bubbles breaking the surface works wonderfully. I raise my water level until the mist just wets the lid of my res. My baskets drop down 3" beyond that point and pick up the perfect amount of moisture. Always successful, never a problem.

As described in the original post, I have found the best way to get the right bubble level is to rig up a netpot with hydroton and cube, set in the system and monitor for the wetness level you want on top of the cube. Once you have that all you need to do is keep the water level up - simple.

Whenever he can you see whats more simple than that is having a feedertube comming from the submersible water pump,pumping nutrients into the cup 24/0 until the roots hit water..Its an auto feeder you dont have to MANUALLY do it..does the EXTRA work for you for 25.00 more

Thats exactly what im going to do but i was wondering how long and how many times a day i should do. I was thinking about 3 times a day for about 5 minutes , is that alot or not enough ?

But the water 24/7 , won't that kill the germinated seed ?
I soak my seeds for 24hrs in a cup of water. Then I put them in a moist, warm paper towel. Once the seed cracks and a root is seen, I put it into the RW(with ph balanced warm water). I then place the RW into a plastic greenhouse that sits in a dark warm spot, ie on top of the water heater.
Once the sprout pops out of the RW, I then place it into the system, running the water 24/7. My feeder tubes go through the bottom side of the net, butting up against the bottom side of the RW cube.

Yes, you can put the RW directly into the system.
I use the 1.5" RW cubes.

I don't understand spending the extra $25 to deliver water to the cube when all you have to do is raise your water level until the mist from the breaking bubbles does it for you.
All you're doing is creating an extra piece of equipment that has the chance of breaking down and causing issues.
I've read and understand how bubbleponics works, but I still can't see the benefit.

Especially when the pump and tubes don't work as well. They can't be finely adjusted and they clog and are unreliable. Plus the pump creates heat. If you want to do drip you may as well do it from above and let gravity do it instead of pumping water up to let it fall back down. It's counter-intuitive on it's face. Anyone wanting to get it right will try various approaches, unless they have a vested interest in promoting one.
