The easy valve has disposable bag/valve units. The solid valve, the one i have and the one i prefer, has a permanent valve, and the bags are replaceable. The solid valve has cheaper costs to maintain, and if you can't find bags, you can use turkey oven bags, available in any grocery store. I recommend the Volcano, i've had one for three years, and it is awesome. I'm high on it right now. This organically grown Ogre is mighty tasty through it.
