Putting together closet veg area, need advice

Okay so I've been reading for weeks and weeks and have a good plan on getting my garden setup. I have a 4x4 closet that I'm going to use for vegging. I have 4ft T5's with a reflector that currently won't allow the door to close all the way, it seems like it's hitting the corners of the reflector so I might have to cut the corners completely off, or REMOVE the door (won't be that complicated, it's light.

Then I'll have the T5's hanging via chains/poles that were already in the closet, over a possible cabinet grow area. The cabinet measures 31.6 in. H x 29.6 in W x 11.6 in D . I want to veg 8-10 plants there in Solo cups and then most likely transplant into a larger pot before flowering (strains are going to be Nirvana Feminized Aurora Indica / Northern Lights, not very tall plants). I measured the area 10 cups would take up, stacked in 2 rows of 5, with about a good inch + in between and it was 24 in H x 12in W and the cups are about 5-6 inches high.

My plan was to line the cabinet with mylar material completely and let my babies veg there until they're ready to go into the mylar grow tent. The cabinet comes plain white so would the Mylar be TOO much light/heat? Will a clip-on fan slightly above the plants be enough air flow or will have to modify the box with an exhaust area? I'm only vegging so I'm not sure how much air flow I really need.

Next, if I remove the door and buy a plan tarp from walmart to co ver the door, nailing it in on the edges to seal all light out will the TARP RELEASE ANY TOXINS? I know the old grow tents were made of similar material and released harmful toxins so would the tarp do the same thing?

I apoligize for the length but I've come so far in expanding my knowledge just to START, and want all the details to be right so I can avoid major mistakes.

Rep + thousand thanks to any LIABLE advice, no spam please.

Think I'm just gonna line the walls with the mylar, buy a table that'll fit in there and put my babies on there in dishes until they're ready for the first transplant

If you buy a mylar tarp it wont release toxins i know that for sure
Typically you want to have a good solid air flow one of the best things is to leave a space at the bottom of the tarp so that fresh air can come in maybe have one fan at the bottom there to bring some in and a duct with a small fan like 100CFM to go out and take the old air out of the room
You can never have too much white in your room and T5 lights dont give off a lot of heat since they are soft in wattage
I hope this info helps some and ill be looking to see if you have some more qs or pics

Have u thought about attaching up PC fans? really simple to wire up, and u can pull a few out of any crappy old PC. Id say much better option to the clip on :)
