Pylon & Avid - Broad Mites Assistance

Hi Guys,

I just want to run this by the community to make sure I am not making any mistakes. So I am treating a pretty dug in Broad Mite infection with Pylon (chlorfenapyr) and Avid (Abamectin). I am switching between the two at 5 day intervals. I am including Neem Oil Treatment as well.

I wanted to know mixing in an insecticide soap will effect the efficiency of the poisons I am using? At present I am adding in 25ml (2xtablespoon) of Dr.Bronners Pure Castille Soap and about 5ml (half tablespoon) of Vegetable Oil per gallon to the mix before adding them to my water. Would this cause any issues with the poison working on the plants?

It hit me today that these poions are probably designed to work on the own but the one label recommended that I mixed the poison (Avid) with a type of essential oil but that really hurt the plants so I thought i would move over to creating an insecticide soap instead as I felt it would have a similar effect. Its my thinking wrong here?

Secondly, how many treatments should I do before giving up on the plants? At the moment, I am in the process of a 2nd wave of treatment so I will wait and see.

Lastly, I can get my hands Akari (fenpyroximate) and wanted to know if it would be worth it? I am on a tight budget atm and this is going to set me back a bit based on my current financial situation so any help would be truly appreciated cause I am desperate at the moment. I am down in South Africa so I cannot get my hands on certain poison unfortunately, forbid specfically.

Are there any natural approaches I could consider? Heat has not worked and neither has hot water.

This is my livelihood at the moment as I am busy getting my business of the ground and these are the last plants I could get my hands on, if this flops I am going to be in a bit of a situation so I would love to knock down and clean the room, give it sometime and start again, but this is not an option for me at the moment.
