i always add a splash of H202 when i mix up my nutes, just in a gallon milk jug, and i water every 2-3 days so that gallon lasts a week or so usually, just wondering does that extra oxygen in the water go away with time? at the end of the week will my water still have a little boost of extra oxygen?

i always add a splash of H30 when i mix up my nutes, just in a gallon milk jug, and i water every 2-3 days so that gallon lasts a week or so usually, just wondering does that extra oxygen in the water go away with time? at the end of the week will my water still have a little boost of extra oxygen?
Not sure about h3o. h2o2, hydrogen per oxide is useful for killing most known pathogens and adding extra oxygen in the process. If you cap the jug and shake it, it wouldn't be as good as an airstone or fresh water though, IMO VV

uhm, basic chemistry, H3O = the strongest pure acid available... oxygen doesnt like having 3 bonded hydrogens, so it will do anything possible to boot that extra hydrogen. and pH = -log of hydrogen concentration. so if u have lots of hydrogens, taking a negative log of that makes a low number. pretty much in the ph-down formula, it has extra hydrogen atoms waiting to get attached to something. and opposite for ph-up, it has OH in it wanting to try to gather some hydrogens to make H2O. just basic chemistry! feel free to rep me on this lol.

You need to replace your h202 in your water jug everyday.. It only last for about 4-8 hours MAX and thats being very gernerous with time.. Its good for hydroponics for unwanted bacteria, algea etc but also good in soil. Its importn that you let your water sit 20mins before adding your nuts to your water then adjust pH.. in a couple of days you water, make sure you repeat that again.. but always add h202..
