Q on Accidental, partial pollination - remove forming seeds or not?

Oy!!!! one of my 2 Afghani plants (Herbies freebie) hermied and a few pollen sacks brurst before I could remove it and do a thorough water spray down of the other plants.

So, now a I have the surviving gal who is showing some scattered pollination/seed growth, but maybe 3/bud, often none. The seeds are worthless to me since they came from a hermie and will likely produce more hermies. I get so mad when a see one I want to pop 'em like a zit!!!

Setting teenage flashbacks of dermatological challenges, I'm just wondering if it's detrimental or even beneficial to remove young unripe seeds.

Anybody know?

if most buds arent pollinated ots really not that big of a deal. they arent detrimental to the plant, just a pain to pick when smoking.

as hydrotech said, removal will harm the plant. she releases hormones when cut.. ethylene for example
which is really bad for our purposes and the cannabis

I dig all mine out if i get pollenated. I havent noticed any issues to the plant. The only issue for me is getting em all out and its pretty easy when theyre sitting right there looking at you. I like to get em before they grow too big and take up space. My vote is for pop em out....like why watch em grow?

Seeded bud has the same thc that unseeded does. He knows how he got the herm, and why would someone throw out four-six months of work because of some seeds?

Is the ethylene the same smell released when she gets bumped to hard? Or if the temps fall to far? When my ladies are budding they will make a smell if bothered or stressed some how. I fix it. The smell stops.

By removing the seed's,the plant will just produce more pollen, like a female does when flowering produces more thc,the more you deny it male pollen the more thc it produces in hope it will aid in capturing any pollen.

But i would just out grow it it will still be ok to smoke, just don't use the seed's if there from a feminized seed strain the hermi traits will have carried over in the seed,
