Qb96 question

I got 2 lights an hlg 320 54 driver, what should I mount it all on? No one sells those metal frames anymore and also would it take more power to use 2 lights with 2 drivers or to use 4 lights on one driver?
There are multiple approaches but here’s what I did with my qb96 set up if it helps.

I have 6 qb96 elite v2’s and 2 meanwell drivers. So I built 2 racks with 3 boards on each.

I picked up some t-slot aluminum (you can find it on amazon). I cut the aluminum to size and got corner brackets to hold it together in a rectangle. The qb 96 boards have screw holes on the side of the heat sinks. I put the screws in those and then slid the heads into the slots in the aluminum to hold it in place. I can paste some amazon links for the aluminum and hardware if it helps.

that looks incredible! well done
I have a 4x4 space I am trying to set up with LED, I'd probably need two of those 3x racks
the heatsinks look pretty rad

Thanks. They’re great boards. I highly recommend them. I’m pretty mechanically inept and they were still pretty easy to do. The main thing I would have done differently is cut the aluminum outside. I was cleaning little shards of aluminum out of my basement for 2 weeks.

End result though was a hell of a lot better than what I got with blurples. One of my friends suggested this thing looks more like a wreath than a bud.

I’ve been looking around for a while to decide on an LED set up and I think you guys have me sold. I’d buy Timber if I had the cash, but to me this seems like a no brainer.
Awesome set ups
What sizes are you covering?

IMO a QB96 @ 120watts covers 2'x2'. Increase the wattage to increase the footprint, while also requiring more headroom.
