I hope that these stipulations are revisited should national legalization come to fruition. It makes sense now, it's the kind of stuff that gets 'innocent' enthusiasts popped.just to remind everyone, trading or gifting any canna related products, including beans, is strictly against the tos of the site.
on the flip side, in the last few years there's plenty of us based seed banks that will ship to any us state to order from ..
