Quality in a Regular Vs Stealth Grow

I'm trying to build a stealth box that is silent / odor free. A 4" inline that moves HEAVY air is not helping, even though it's encased in a box...Anyways my questions is: In a stealth grow, say a 1.5"x2" box vs a 3x3 box have an affect on the quality of the bud? *400w hps/mh. Would it be better to go down to 250w?(not that I want to). If anyone has any idea's to pitch on the box please do! .

Stealth grows are stealth because the plants are so small and you can't use a lot of space, therefore the yield is less not necessarily the quality. A regular grow room you can use as much space as needed and modify the room if the plants overgrow them. When youre using say a PC shell then you obviously can't modify it.

A 400W light would be nice for a 3'X3' tent.

A ducted lamp would stay cool in an enclosed space.

I got a 'stealth' box, with a veg side & flower side. The flower size is 2x3x4' tall with 400W HPS. For me, the biggest limitation was height. So I have to actively manage plant size, including selecting strains that fit my limitations. Also, I have limited room to work, so watering/scrogging/inspecting all are more difficult.
I hope in the end the biggest impact is in my yield, and not quality. Should be the same for you. If you have the option, go with 3x3.
