Rumours? If you can't do the math, that's not my concern, friend. They are forcing doctors to track people who use marijuana. It's a Brave New World.

HC should have been doing that from the beginning. i think they may had some ammo for their arguments if they had.

that CTV article doesn't even touch on what was announced today.
what this study is doing is to try and understand exactly what particular thc, cbd combinations and in what dose is effective to people.
finally a true study.
currently in Quebec a doctor can not sign MMPR unless the patient is part of a study.
dr ware has been doing work with cannabis for the past 16 years and all started in Jamaica.
csis and bill c51 have nada to do with the info as patients will be anonymous on the reports.
