Question about a certain yeild (figuring out on average)

So I plan on growing auto AK47 in a 4x4 growing area I plan to use 10 two gallon pots, and growing all organic... with a 400 watt mh/hps

I was wondering with AK it says it will yeild Yield: 350- 500 grams/m2

a square meter is about 3x3.. how can I figure how much yield I would have with these.

Im confused because if I had ONE plant in a 3x3 area does that mean I would get that many grams from one plant?

what changes that variable if I had 5 to 10 plants in that same 3x3 place... is it still the same amount.

I just want to know if its best to grow all 10 or 1 or 5 at a time so im not wasting autoflower seeds.

you know how math is, to get an average, you need some numbers. too many variables in your question. if you want to maximize your yield, do a scrog.

The yield /m2 is based on doing a SOG, sea of green where you have like 25 plants. So you wouldn't get 350g with one plant, there are loads of ways to get more bud, just do some research.

Well while I added variables, they were the second part of my question. My original question was better answered by SLH, but yea the variable part makes it even more confusing..lol

Thank you, yes while there are better ways, i have to choose my setup based upon what I am able to do and where the grow room is there is no way to have complete darkness at any given time, so autoflower is the best choice.
