question about a small CFL grow

Okay so if i were to use three 26 watt 6500k cfls for vegging and three 2700k cfls for flowering in a smallish growbox being 1.5 ft deep by 1.5 ft wide and 3 ft tall would my plant be able to grow healthy? i read alot of posts saying 6700k is best but all i got is the 6500k.... this is my first indoor grow so am just wondering if the 6500k will work at all or if the seed wont even do anything after being germinated and planted so any feed back would be apreciated

the more the better but you have enough to get the job done decently
