Question About Changes in Photoperiod

I have a few Northern Lights and Afghans that I have been veggin for about 2 months under 6500k lights with about 6000 lumens for 24/7. My plan was to veg for 2 months and then move outdoors. But now I'm wondering if the change in the photoperiod will induce flowering. I have heard that some strains will flower if there is such a change in photoperiod regardless if the plant gets more than twelve hours of light a day. My concern is I do not want to flower prematurely. Would going from 24/7 light to a regular outdoor photoperiod in May possibly induce flowering.

how many hours of light would it get outdoors, since its been in 24/7 i should imagine anything under 14 hours may induce flowering

Above 14 hours =veg
Below 14 hours =flowers
April 20 14+
JULY 21 -14

Checking the sunrise and sunset times seems to indicate it would receive almost exactly 14 hours of light. And the days are only going to get longer. So, it would seem to be ok.

I think youll be fine with 16/8 =)
