I have a couple plants 3 weeks into flowering. Can i take a clone from them or is it to late....

you can clone them still but it will likely take them longer to root and they will have to reveg since they are already flowering
I took cuttings from a gorgeous Double Bubble a week before harvest as an experiment & still have one I'm using for a mom.
It took forever for them to root & veg, but well worth it.
Pic's are on my other computer, but if you're interested I'll post them later.
u can also wait until harvest time, cut all but a few small buds towards the bottom of the plant, put the plant back in 14+ hours of light, wait about a month or two, and you'll have nice little growths that are perfect for taking a few clones. Either way, you're going to have some messed up clones now, or will have some messed up looking plants later for cloning. However, I've done both and found both to work. it's a matte of choice.

One of plants is 3-4 weeks from harvest. 4 days ago I took two clones from near the bottom. They look healthy, not drooping
Be mindful that the stem gets tougher as the plants get older. Use a sharp knife and scrape ~ 1' of the outer bark above the cut. Then if the knife is thin slice ~ 1/2" of the stem in half . This exposes more surface area to the bubbles
