So stupid question but i don't know so i will ask.
Here goes, i have an anastesia from sannies that i threw in the flower tent as soon as it broke ground. Now it's off in the corner neglected light wise but i am not really doing it to get a great yeild or anything and overall it's very healthy looking plant, i am just wondering do i just take some cuttings during week three after it shows pistils like i would any of my other strains????

well after she is sexed , you might wanna put her back in veg so you dont lose the species. then yes you cut babies just like you would anything else. you dont "have" to wait for pistols if you dont want , as long as she is a girl and your wanting females then she is ready.
and dont forget the health of the host plant is the most important part of cloning. mommy needs to be healthy.

leave the plant in flower, cash it out, cut clones off give them at least a month or veg before flower, you don't want to reveg the mother, unless you plan on keeping it around . because the clones will be much smaller . and you will have light height problems. . unless you can put clones on a bucket to raise them so on,

I'm using this different method, I have no Idea who started it or when but they call it the 12:1 program...I did a little reading on the method but I'm just running it out of curiosity I am no authority on this Method.

Cutting from flowering mothers take longer to root but will root nonetheless. They will also produce odd looking growth at first but will grow to become branchy monsters.

I would keep flowering cuts under 24/0 of weak light to bring them out of flowering.

im with ya.... i think the quickest roots come from the first week or so of flower. i just believe its cause i use 24 hours of light so them first nights of rest put her into an extreme growth spurt and its always best to get them babies when the plant is very healthy an growing daily.

thanks for all the repies guys, normally i will take cuttings up to week 3 with a 90%+ success but this is the first time iv'e thrown a sprout into 12/12 so was just wondering if there where any different techniques but from what i read i guess not so now i will just take a cutting as soon as i see a viable one and throw it in my mom room with the rest.
