Hey everyone, thank you for all the help I have got on here. I hope everyone has a great holiday season. I have 2 autoflowers seeds that I placed in small cups with soil. I have them under small watt CFLs. The temp is around 80 in a small grow box. I have get very low humidity in my area. Its at 30% in my grow box. So I placed a plastic baggies over each cup to keep the humidity up. So my seeds have started to sprout, you can see the shell starting to come up thru the soil. Should I leave the humidity dome on for alittle longer till the sprout grows alittle taller or remove them now?

Yeah, chiefsirbong420 is right, as soon as you see the cotyledons open (and the seed shell is off), it's time to remove the dome. Works 100% of the time for me, but I actually remove the dome after the leaves are open and I can identify the "real" serrated leaves. I also have low humidity, between 10%-30% usually, so having a dome before they sprout and start to "process" light helps them pull through with no issues.

I cut slits in the bags. I wait until real leaves start and then remove for a few hours one day, a few more the next, etc to get them acclimated. Not saying it best, just what I do after having fried a few cots.
