Here is a hypothetical that I do not have a answer to.

. If the State takes away my cultivate card I will not buy from the disp. I cannot afford it even if I was not against them for the 25 mile rule. Lets say the disps are open and I have a green card.
Right now I can purchase a oz of very good mids for 100 bucks from my connect from a year ago. He has improved his product to compete.

So I am going home with my oz, I get pulled over and because the medicine is not from the disp, can I be arrested?

The reason I bring it up is because I bet that will be the next step unless there is a protection already under the law.

Good question !!! I will be in the same boat as you once 25 miles takes my right to grow. Id rather line the pockets of my old black market dealer than the likes of Gerald "Goofy Glasses" Gaines...

A plan put in place to make all the old conservative people comfortable that their neighbor is not growing the devils lettuce.
You know I dint think this is even a real sentiment held by a majority of people. I think this is just a scare tactic used by prospective dispensary owners. Since when has this really been an issue to anyone?

It was sarcasm... There have been people growing in AZ for decades, only now it can be more public without recourse. The state just doesn't want to have an overgrown title.

True gardeners keep it under wraps regardless.
