Get a magnifying glass and look at the bottoms of your leaves and get back to me when you see little spots making webs
pro like you said hairs most plants have these even grass...or trichomes pic would be good should be nothing too worry over, but pics... could be mold
seriously they are still sprouts, nowhere near close to flowering, u could check my link in my signature, and you can check out the grow
