question about nutrient measurments

Hey guys quick question the bloom ferts I use it says 2-3 teaspoons per gallon. My question is am I feeding my plants the right way? Because I obviously wouldn't use a whole gallon of water for two plants I'm doing like two cups per plant.

Use division. Divide by 4, so 2-3 teaspoons = 5-15 mililiters. So divide 5-15 by 4 to get per liter (or quart) because there are about 4 liters or 4 quarts in a gallon.
