You should turn your grow lights off for a minute and take a picture in decent light. You can't see much of anything in that purple light.

Aw, now you can see.

What kind of soil?
What are you feeding them?
Fox farm ocean forest and feeding them go box from general hydroponics the organic line. I recently went through a nute burn and had to flush but I have been having those brown dot like spots on my leaves since the 2nd or 3rd week and dont know what that is ???

Nute burn will can cause spots like that but so can deficiencies caused by over fertilization. Cut back on your nute strength and don't feed every watering. If that is an older leaf and you've acknowledged that they were over fed and have corrected it I would keep an eye on the new growth. The older growth has already been affected. If the new growth is good then you most likely are going in the right direction.

Good luck

Perfext thanks for your reply! Only thing is that those spots came before the nute burn and those brown spots were turning into holes but maybe it was the first symptom of the nute burn since I have been feeding every watering and since the beginning forgetting that fox farm soil already has nutes for about 3 weeks newbie mistake lol so what do u think? Also do they look fine for 5 weeks old autoflowers?

I have used the go box as well. One thing they mention is that you don't need to adjust ph because it self regulates.

This is not true and I needed to be on top of it. When I had a higher ph (7) I saw these same rust colored spots on some fan leaves. As I adjusted to 6.3 to 6.4 they went away and didn't have any more problems.

Read a bit about leaf septoria in cannabis. I believe that is your issue. Mostly because you have already dealt with another fungal issue. I could well be wrong.

You need to do a lot more research on plant problems, not every spot is septoria. In fact ,none of your pictures has shown any signs of septoria. You would have to have a swamp indoors to have septoia.
