Question about pistils

So , I just have a real quick question and I'm hoping maybe someone can shed some light on this for me. Yesterday I posted on a thread I have going, that on the 9th day of my girls being in flower they are already covered in pistils. Like I said, that was yesterday. Beyond my hopes, they have all at least TRIPLED the amount of pistils overnight. I am just wondering if this is to be expected and I'm getting all excited for nothing, or is this like RAPID development? Would really appreciate some feed back on this. All of the info on othe grow, as well as pics are on my other thread!

Yea that's totally normal. But still it's also a reason to get excited. Especially for those doing their first grows.

Oh, I dont give a shit, some people are dicks. I did post it in that thread, however, not that many people looked at that thread, so I was hoping to get some feed back with a quick question. However, your concerns about me being too stupid to think of that are greatly appreciated. I have never actually run into an asshole pot head in real life, only here. . . Maybe all the dicks are cops pissed off 'cause some of us dont care about cops. LOL! I am not the one who stole your lunch money, why be a dick to me?

This happens regularly with early harvesting strains in my experience bro... Be great full sounds like all things are going smoothly and u r on track for a great early harvest.Id study hard and learn exactly what is mainly important to growing mj plants and exploit it to the fullest extent. They are only weeds and require only a few strict rules to follow to achieve the best possible results for time expended growing them.Dont waste it. Yes an insane question but still in all humbleness it is a natural occurance in some strains.

I only asked the question due to the fact that what I've read is that most purples dont start showing sex (or pistils) until about day 14. And with a plant that differences happening in mere days (yes, as mere as 5), it seemed like a valid question. I love how people jump to assuming you are an idiot for asking a question.

Grow on man! Dont worry about that. If i listened to most id be light ages behind where i am right now. Early harvesting strains show early.Its honestly as simple as that.. And its a good thing..
Some plants from certain strains grow different from other plants even from the same seed batch and have all kinds of conflicting outcomes like yield.. Size and harvest times..Who cares id be happy. Maybe it was crossed with something nice..
Anyways learn how different ppms and grow nuts benefit plants in different grow stages man.

Got another stupid question, I guess. Looked up a search on "early harvesting plants" and found shit on what I wanted to know. I understand by definition, what the term means, so please dont insult me that far. What I dont understand is what constitutes as an early harvest plant. Is that any plant forced into flower before it normally would be vegged? And if so, ty. If not, could someone shed some more light on that one for me?

There are alot of idiots here i agree but if someone is trying to give knowledge take it. Ur good to go. I hope u start a journal on ur grow. Im sure its gonna be awesome by all means..

Maybe u should start a journal and try to help people out in there experiences so they can achieve the same results with similar methods.

Onthedl, good lookin out, bro! You gave me the answer I was looking for!!! 7-9 weeks makes sense. I do want to gain knowledge to help people. I would much rather learn to encourage others by passing it on than anything else. Thank you for your words of encouragement.
I kinda thought I had started a grow journal. It is in the other thread I was referring to @ the beginning of this post. It has my pics and is where I post questions that never get answered ;)

Right on, bro, I do appreciate it. I am using the organic pro-bloom made by Botanicare. I'm trying to keep it organic. Even gonna treat my spider mites with tobacco tea tonight :weed:
It's kinda hard for a noob to ask some questions, especially when we, by definition, are new and therefore most likely not exposed to the years of q and a's that the vets are. I do my damnest to always research a problem or question before posting it on here. It's just harsh to get put down on by fellow heads when all you are trying to do is gain knowledge that can then be spread tthat much further.
Thanks to all of you vets that come right @ a noob with balls enough to post. And to those of you that prefer to be dick, hope you're @ least high!:hug:

I'm also on my first grow and my girls have been getting HAIRY! the ones closer the light are growing a lot pistils, which should equate to larger buds hopefully :weed:

The pics show the amount of progress in 3 days (ignore the Mg def).

That's 3 days of flowering? :clap: Looks like it should be a good grow. Whatcha' growin?

yeah, first pic was from 9 days into 12/12 and the 1st day of flowering AFAIK.

I'm growin 5x BubbleGum and 5x NLX (Swiss name for Northern lights x White Widow) from clones. They both seem to have the same growth rate, which is perfect since I need to harvest them at about the same time, since I'll also use my Homebox to dry them.

Can you post a link to your grow journal plz?
