Question about reflective backgrounds

Im wondering what to use for a reflective material or paint that I can use. Ive heard mixed reviews on types of mylar and paint so any help. its for a grow box 5x2x3.

Flat white paint is much cheaper and has good reflectivity at about 85% of incident light. Mylar is more efficient at about 95% which would not necessarily be justified by the significantly greater cost.

not according to my light meter

atleast 2-3x as reflectiv as flat white

if you for some reason cant get the maylor, then look for them emergency plackets or ice covers for car windows

home depot has rolls of mylar 4'x25' for $30. 2mil.
