Question about Slater Center

I have noticed the swing in test results for the same strain... Also I don't care for the plastic bags they still use to hold the flowers.
 
So the ultimate goal is to grow my own which I am starting now. So use the slater center until I can harvest ?

if you do not have any other safe/good sources for meds and need to purchase then sure sign em up! at least its only 25 bucks instead of 200 or whatever it is now for a normal caregiver.

I think it's free if its the initial application.for adding or renewals its $25 but like hgh mentioned call the doh to be safe.
