Question about soil

I recently switched from outdoor to indoor. I have never had a problem with soil as I live in the south and there is an abundance of good soil. I want to use a premium soil for my first indoor test. Many people have told me to get fox farm ocean forest. Yet I have found that many say that it burned there seedlings. I have fem God bud seeds and would hait for them to get burned my first time indoor. I was wondering if the fox farm original mix would be better for seedlings? Maybe with a little perlite mixed in.
