I had them in a 1 gallon pot, moved to a 4-5 gallon pot and now transplanting to 7 gallon.
Question about transplanting after already uppotting.

From 1 to 4/5. Yes , i would personally wait for a couple more weeks. 14 days ago, she got at least 2 or 3 gallons of fresh soil. She is fine in there.
When do you want to flip them? Trans plant them about a week prior to that.
