Question about using Gaia Green dry amendments

Questiom if you are transplanting delicate seedlings (5 nodes) from solo cups into permanent 5 gallon pots. Is it safe to plant such small pants, that havent had nutrients, into amended soil (happy frog/perlite mix)? Or should the initial transplant be into unamended soil, and then I top dress in a couple more weeks? Gaia Green calls for a amended soil mix of 70/30 at 3 Tbsp per gallon or 15 tablespoons total for a 5 gallon pot. I have used the top dressing recipe before for more developed plants to great results. My only concern is nuking such tiny seedlings with the amended soil dosage which seems to be full strength. However, I dont want any chance of running into deficiencies early by not feeding plants. I have heard that Happy frog has everything plants need for 30 days, and these seedling will be about 2-3 weeks old. Please share your experience with Gaia Green and if I should cut down the recipe, or stick with manufacturers suggested dosage.

I use gaia green exclusively along with mycos root innoculant. Gaia takes some time to release nutrients slowly. Happy frog is great for seedlings cuz it's not "hot" like ocean forest, although I start seeds in ocean forest and have never burned a seedling. 15 tbsp is not alot and it won't hurt them. I use 2 tbsp per gallon in the mix then 3 to top dress. It always gives me awesome results, just keep ph between 6 and 7 and you should be OK. PS, this has just been my experience and it works for me. Start lighter and don't be afraid to experiment. You'll find a groove and have great results. ✌

I used 3 TBLSP per gallon of 4-4-4 and Promix BX, when I uppotted from 18oz Solo Cups, to 3 Gallon. I also used 1/4 TSP 4-4-4 per Solo Cup, as seedlings, premixed into the medium.
I also use 1 TBLSP AZOMITE, per 3 Gallons Promix BX, and 1/4 TSP in the Solo Cups. If remaining in veg, I top dress with 4-4-4
10 days before flip, I use 4 TBLSP 4-4-4-4 TBLSP 2-8-4- TBLSP Azomite.
I also make sure the TBLSP/TSP amounts are LEVEL, and Not Heaping.

Week 3 flowering a use 2.6 TBLSP 4-4-4-6.4 TBLSP 2-8-4.
Week 7 6.6 TBLSP 2-8-4. TBLSP Azomite.

Anything beyond 7 weeks gets straight 2-8-4, unless it shows Nitrogen Deficiency, then will top dress 4-4-4 1 TBLSP. Along with 2-8--4. All this is for full strength.
Strains that have had zero problems with this regime are.

El Jefe-Puck S1
Pacific Northwest Hashplant x Puck BC1-F2-
Crickets Cicada -Repro done by NWSun/Strainly
Destroyer-S1- Seedheads/Strainly
Cough BX3-Relic

Really, this is the most simple, and productive feeding program Ive seen in 50 years. All one has to do, is PH the water, and top dress every month. Seems they are growing just as fast, vs using chemicals.

My cups are very small, about the size of a short scotch glass. So I plan on transplanting when plants are small, maybe 3-4 nodes. I go straight to 5 gallom fabrics mixed with 70/30 perlite. Sounds like youre sayimg that its safe to go with 15 TBSPs amended into soil. So that would be 10.5 gaiia grow and 4.5 gaia grow for a month, then top dress 5 TBSP per 5 gallon?

Probably don't top dress for about 3 months. Definitely top dress before you get any deficiencies...It takes a little while for the nutes to get to the roots. If you're using ocean forest you can go a little easier in the mix, then top dress later. I just go by feel and that's what works for me. It's definitely just my opinion. Hopefully you can get some similar advice from others experience.

This is the feed schedule, I got from a member here, who posted the process. I myself, amend the medium, in Solo Cups, and I Feed Seedlings at a rate of 1/2 TSP Per 18oz Solo Cup. Plus 1/4 TSP AZOMITE.

Sprout phase, ~1 week: NO nutrients are being added to the growing medium. Earth worm castings & cotyledons provide more than enough nutrition for the first 2 weeks of a seeds life
-transplant to 1gallon-
Early veg phase, 4 weeks: amend 3tbsp of 100% All Purpose 4-4-4 per gallon of medium eg. 3tbsp of 4-4-4 for a 1gallon container
Late veg phase if needed, 4 weeks: top dress 3tbsp of 100% All Purpose 4-4-4 per gallon of medium eg. 3tbsp of 4-4-4 for a 1 gallon container
-transplant to 5gallon-
Early flower phase, 1 week before flipping lights: amend 3tbsp of 50% All Purpose 4-4-4 and 50% Power Bloom 2-8-4 per gallon of medium eg. 8tbsp of 4-4-4 and 8tbsp of 2-8-4 for a 5gallon container
Mid flower phase, week 3 or 4 of flower: top dress 3tbsp of 25% All Purpose 4-4-4 and 75% Power Bloom 2-8-4 per gallon of medium eg. 4tbsp of 4-4-4 and 12tbsp of 2-8-4 for a 5gallon container
Late flower phase, sativa plants: if you have a sativa plant chances are they may need an additional weeks of growing time so you could do a light top dress 2tbsp of 100% Power Bloom 2-8-4 per gallon of medium eg. 10tbsp of 100% Power Bloom 2-8-4 for a 5 gallon container
-harvest-

This is the basic feed schedule and this is a FULL STRENGTH feeding regiment meaning you are pushing your plant pretty hard. Certain strains and different growing environments may mean that you might only need to use 2/3 of what I have here for amounts. I recommend starting off with 2/3 of what is listed and increasing to full amounts if you're certain that your plants can handle it.
