I have a couple of northern lights plants outdoors (white label) and they're doing well so far, starting to show some pre-flowers..
I'm told plants typically finish up outdoors in October, but by the end of October here the temperatures are going to be down to about 40F at night.. is there anything I can do to protect the plants during this stage or should I not even bother tending to them anymore? I hear severe damage can be caused to plants in these temperatures but I can't bring them inside, should I cover the ground with mulch/straw or what? Any ideas? The area IS pretty protected from wind (about a 5ft barrier on all sides) which is a start so that's good, but any help is appreciated
thanks a lot
