im new to growing and am struggling with the plant support side of things. i was using trellis netting my first time around but it was a disaster. was hard to take down and also my production was terrible.

what should i be using? is there a better way to hold my plants up and get as much light as possible to them? i feel like the netting really restricted my plants.

soil, water, nutes and lights..you are trying to do too much at once..master this first..then worry about SOG, SCROG, LST, MAINLINE etc; you must learn to walk before you can run..

Doing to much at first ...yes believe it or not!!! ...the plants are talking to you, ....in fact screaming there lungs out, but you can't hear them ...pity!

Small diameter (1/2 inch or less) pvc is really easy to use and everything you would need is right there at the home depot. You don't need to glue it together either which makes it nice cause you can break it down and build it up really easy.

hey guys thanks for your help. im going to read up about scrog, sog, etc.
the last 24 hours ive been doing some research and found some cages online that are actually adjustable. they are called the ultimate plant cage, see here: (
