Na and it wasnt even that movie that i saw, just a different truth telling movie, but if you dont agree with my statements above i got nothing to say. "research it and know for yourself"..?, thats kinda the momentum of the thread wouldn't you agree, im surprised that's your response to my post, reminds me of something my other friends would say, the one's i dont hang out with anymore...

actually, i didn't even read anything after "watch zeitgeist". the "research it" comment is more directed to your "watch zeitgeist" statement. watching zeitgeist is hardly doing research. it really wasn't as much of a response to your post as it was just a response to anything in general. but why would you even advocate a movie that you wasn't talking about?
zeitgeist is not a truth movie because part 1 can't be substantiated by any credible source. they use a "self taught" egyptologist. any real egyptologist (and proper research) will tell you the parallels between horus and jesus are nonsense.

sounds like your tripped, fumbled and fell hard onto the zeitgeist movie. One thing above all else, take yourself lightly, i mean im here to help up, but how you gonna do that on a forum. You even smokin over there. I havent grown a crop since last fall but iv been high all the fuckin time. Lookin back at your last comment(the only one i didnt read), i do not need parrells to jesus, i look to god, then laugh at all the faulesy, falesys, foulasys, either way, why the fuck arent you jesus, whats a top do after its done spinning?

As a human on this planet "Earth" I have the right to do what i want.

I have the right to live.

I have the right to think and act freely.

I have the right to use all that mother nature provides...Plant, animal, mineral, element.

This includes the consumption and production of the harmless herb, Cannabis.

Cannabis is not cooked down, synthesized, or modified in any way in order to consume it.

Its a plant that grows naturally on this earth.

Its a plant that we pick, and consume...Just like any other plant, fruit, vegetable, seed, fungus, legume, or anything that grows naturally.

God gave me free will.
God gave me dominion over plants and animals.
God gave me the wisdom to seek out medication.
God gave me this plant to use and the knowledge to use it.
You grow it, you dry it and you consume it, FOR FREE.
This plant is harmless, helpful, healthful, healing and spiritual.

Man gave me laws and restrictions on all the above.
Man grew grain, fermented it, distilled it.
It causes disease, death, addiction, heartbreak and loss
It’s legal, promoted, acceptable and accessible.
YOU BUY IT AND THEY MAKE ALOT OF MONEY

Guess what…God wins every time. S

It's part of my well considered pursuit of happiness... I think the more important question is what gives some people the absolute right to tell everyone they can't do it?

Im human. Its a plant. Why cant i do what i want with it?
The only thing that says i cant use it is other humans with their own beliefs.
Tell me why i should listen to their beliefs and i will listen.

Your answer from me is nothing gives you the right to smoke marijuana as rights are not "given" to anyone...freedom of choice, we're all born with it we just grow up thinking someone else is in control when it's not the case.

In me eyes there is no such thing as a right only a choice, don't cause harm or loss to anyone but yourself, all the rest is ok.

I like to have a good time with friends and even by myself which seems to be easier now-a-days with pot seeing as the mall is overrun with assholes, clubs are filled with creepy old perverts, I'm not 21 yet so legally I can't drink, gangs took over our amusement parks, town curfews start at 9pm. So I have no choice.

i think the question should be reworded to be something more like "What makes people think they have the right to tell someone else what they can and cannot do." lol I think that people are too busy worring about others problems and not their own. If people worked on their own problems and not so much about others the world would be a lot nicer. Can't we all just smoke and get along LOL!

I have the right to do with my body as I see fit. The sheer audacity of being told I can't make a decision regarding my body and my well being that affects only me is mind blowing, even when I'm sober. lol

Well, I smoke because as I see it, marijuana was put on this Earth by God and no man or woman has the right to 'overrule' God.
I do not feel anyone has the right to dictate to others if they are not hurting anyone. That said, I do not think this applies to anyone who grows to sell to minors. And by minors, I am referring to anyone under 21. I do not feel someone is an adult at 18. The only reason 18 is considered an 'Adult' is so the Government can tax them and send them off to war. If the Government really thought an 18 y.o. was an adult, the legal drinking age would be 18, not 21. The REAL reason that we have not managed to get marijuana legalized is because of the dealers. First, they oppose legalization because they'd lose profits. They don't want harsh penalties if they're busted, but they don't want legalization either and this divides the pot community. Instead, those who grow to sell should take steps to become legit. Take horticulture classes, etc. And work to become a legal care provider. THEN, stand with us. If we all worked together, without the in- fighting we would have a much better chance!
Sorry, off my soap box now!

hey, to reply to why do I think I have a right to smoke mj,,, well I think I have a right to do what I want(within limits), and I want to smoke ganja.
simply.
of course it can be alot more complicated as its illegal and etc. and peoples views of drugs are differnt to different drugs(like me for instance see ganja like booze, but then also see eccies as not much of a taboo but thats for another time)
Its like people get very huffed up about it ,maybe jealous or whatever but thats also for another time and seems to have no relavnce to your question...., but alot of people died for our freedoms( or surrposed freedoms which seem to get smaller all the time but hey thats for another thread)

so in summary, I belive I have a right to be free to do as I please so long as its not detromental to another person in some way. the only person who is really missing out when I smoke my own weed is my old dealer.. and hell the shop near me gets good custome of me when I stoned with all the random munch I buy,, but back to the point, I do what I want so long as its not bad to others,,
take it easy..
