question for planting

Hey guys, just a quick question. As Im new to growing I do not know how to do this:
When the seeds have germinated and the white plant comes out, do you plant the white plant(which I think is the root) into the soil or the seed into the soil, which way?
lol this question proably sounds stupid for you guys but Id appreciate it if you could help me out,

alright ok sweet, yea just received an order from Nirvana took 14 days, which is pretty good, although seeds where all a bit small, do u guys think this will make a difference in the plants?

alright thats cool, have you ever ordered from seed boutique? And if anyone has how long did it take? Are they reliable?

This a really good website, all female seeds, deliver to UK usually within 3 days of ordering. Seeds come in a discrete jiffy envelope that looks like any old letter, which means shipping is cheap too.
The cross strains called the X-line are awesome too, I grew Grapefruit X Northern Lights and it was truly brilliant. A big main cola with lots of branches, it was 1 of my first grows and bore around 3 - 4 Oz of really fruity, heavily stoned bud.
I'm currently trying the easy sativa outdoors, will let let u know how it goes.
Only problem with this website is that it is often sold out so you have to be quick, or wait till the next batch is available.
