Question on LST

I am wondering when I can start lst on my plants. they are two weeks old and already read alot about lst but it says to start when you have 3 4 or 5 leave sets ect. what constitutes a leave set, a pair of fan leaves or a whole set of seven hangin any help please. Thanks

when it reaches the edge of the container to tie down, and has two or three nodes at least. Using a big container tie down before hardwood starts, roughly 5th node.

ya i would wait another week bro, its not so much how big the plant is (or how many leaves it has) more so the strength of the stem and root system. if uve had a fan blowing on it i would trust it after 3 weeks
