Question on transitioning

Hey all,

Got an interesting situation going on right now. Today the 21st, i was going to kick my plants into 12/12 flowering stage; however, due to some crazyness going on the last few days, I needed to perform a transplant from shit soil (MG) into FoxFarm (hellyes)... In addition to me using the wrong soil, I was using spring water with a pH of like 7.5 (ah damnit).

I corrected the pH to 6.5, and watered them today, after transplanting them into the RIGHT soil.

Before i ask my question, take a look at what they are at right now (you idiot, look what ya did to them)

Ok then... So I think the best plan of action is to wait until the end of the week for them to pick up (I'm fricking hoping) and then if they look healthy to my liking, use nutes and switch to 12/12. I was going to use TIGER BLOOM, or maybe stick with the FoxFarm BIG BLOOM.

What should I do? Wait for them to perk up with just the water? Add nutes to my water right now, and if so, use blooming nutes or vegging nutes?

Arite so here's what they look like less than 24 hours later (before and after pic).

AFTER

Based on what i see at the end of the week i'll start flowering. Any advice on the frequency and concentration of adding flowering nutes to the soil?
