Well, it depends.... short answer, wait for the days to be long enough to provide 13 hours of light, and at least 60 degrees outside.

You're gonna get a bunch of smart ass answers to a question like that, so before the peanut gallery arrives I will say that you should probably look to be planting outside in the next month or so if you live in the northern states, and if you are down south, you're probably good to go right now. It's really hard to say because it all depends on where you live, but a general rule is to wait a week after the last frost and you should be good. good luck!

Ok I see that you said you're in FL, so I should think you would be able to plant right now.
yea, last night i put my seeds in a baggy with paper towels and water to sprout my seeds. so maybe in 2-5 days il plant them in a pot

P.S is it better to plant in a clay pot ,a styrofoam cup or a water bottle cut in half?

I've read clay pots are bad because it draws moisture out of your medium, it's heavy and awkward, and because it porous and holds water, the roots grab on to the pot. Plastic is usually best.

lunar wise this the best time of the month to plant ascending new moon.. better root development which leads to healthier, larger plants.

I'm not sure about florida but i know that it can get very hot there so i would look for a place that gets plenty of sun with a little shade you are going to after visit these plant to keep the toped up with water. just one water a week put the plants in the hole that you have dug.In a bag this way all the nutrients and feed will not be going to waste.but don't forget to put some garden folk holes in the bottom for drainage and this will aid the roots in growing out into the ground below.the most important thing is get the plants going at home first get them up to a decent size.it is not just a matter of putting a seed in the ground and that is it.you will have to work for the weed you get.you should allready have a area in mind somewhere no1 ever goes to.you are going to after rucksack the soil in and the plants.clear all the bricks and other crap out of the holes that you have dug.i carry my soil in first hide it in the vegatation then next come the plants the same day the holes are dug and the plants go in .you can dig the holes before and then carry the plants in.make sure there is no order to the plants this will give you more chance of the plants been spotted from above.wear cammo gear incase you need to hide.the place that you have chosen should be near water if not you will have to back pack this in too.get some decent sized drums and then you can fill these up and feed each plant.it's a good idea to ph the water first.so carry a ph testing kit and if it's high carry some ph down or vinigar.i would get a liquid feed one you can leave well hiden at the site.i dig a extra hole for all the nutrients and anything else i may need put a piece of board over top of the hole and cover with the surrounding materials so it blends in.visit once a week and soak them sucker through remember this feed has to last a week.i wait till my plants are at the smallest harf a foot but 1 ft is better.this will give the plants a far better chance because everything loves to eat cannabis.sometims it is even worth putting chicken wire around the plants, this could save the plants from dear and rabbits if there is dear put it over the top has well make sur you put 3 pegs in the soil around each plant then tie wrap the chicken wire to it.but the most important tip i can give you is get them to a decent size at home on a backyard.Go to proabition on youtube and look for brown dirt warrior.
