Question re: getting card

You have to be a resident of CA to get a doctor's recommendation for mm, but there isn't a certain number of days you have to be here to be considered a "resident". You do have to really intend to live here, though, to be considered a resident, so it doesn't sound as if you can qualify to get one when your're just visiting. Sorry. Hope your state lets you have mm soon.

When I went to my card "doctor" I had to show a Cali Drivers license...but that was I needed to get it my card(and 85 bucks)...My Doctor was a cute Russian girl(23-25) who knew 8 words of English.."you have headache? Card OK. you pay cash"...

Where can I find a place like that? I need to get a card asap and I dont have any serious medical history at all... does anyone know of dr's or places where obtaining a card maybe a little bit on the easier side?

The office is in Studio City..All I can remember, but they advertised in the "LA Weekly". So that should narrow it down..In truth I kinda hope they are closed down..I guess the sarcasm of my post didn't come through..It this kind of a place that hurts our community, but I do understand the need for it, and Crookers(alla W. Burrows) in general...
