It looks like a root problem or a wild ph swing. But if it straightens out e every time I wouldn't worry too much.

Did you recently brutally transplant them or maybe some kind of bugs?

Maybe you should try a run with a good base nutrient set instead of trying to mix your own.

Also that seems pretty close for your lights.

they were in need of transplant, I had 9 in the room had to put few 4 out, were all rootbound in their 5 gallon buckets moved them into 10 gallon pots ,the plants health seems to be fine I have 11 leaves on all in my room and the few I placed outside to flower ,,these 2 indicas have grown this way since they were in solo cups from seedling, another grower suggested that it may just be a result of rapid growth,,I was just curious to see if anyone had seen this type of growth before, or if this was just a genetic mutation of sorts as we see that in nature at times,

From time to time I have had it happen, in my case it did appear strain dependent and the leafs eventually grew out correctly.

It was a little worrisome until i seen they corrected so I never really investigated.

I also usually grow more than one variety at a time and like i said it was usually only one variety.

My environment is very cannabis friendly yet it happens.

Yeah I think it is just the strain, as everything else is well,, very short and thick plant ,will call it Twisted sister am thinking ,smells good will have to see how it produces,& like you I have kept a close eye on that plant and has been good and healthy, minus the strange looking leaves ,but they do grow out fine,,I was just curious

the lights may seem close ,But they put off very little heat have seen plants lay on them and it not burn them up,,you do have to move them off it that happens but my space is 33 inches wide by 14 foot long with a 9 foot ceiling ,,so is a tight space,,but that is why I use them,, they do great for veg for me ,,and am able to keep the heat in check,,and I have them run vertical on the wall so each plant gets to grow the full 4 foot next to them have 17 of those lights ,low energy as well,,It also allows me to have my big lights for flower hanging above ,and still have all my veg lights ,without having to add or remove anything to secret room
