week 8 of flowering, suddenly the buds growing white hair again, is it normal? I switch the light 13 hours dark, 11 hours light, I also turn on my sf4000 from 60 to 70%, 16 inches away from the top of the plant.

Watch the calyx on the branch nodes. They will elongate , their pistil will receed and then the calyx will swell and that when i judge a plant to be mature and 8 weeks min of 12/12

Your temps is too high for the stage your in which will definitely cause NEW white pistols forming.. Push it down to 70f if you can. (Might need another fan pointing at the light bulb if raising the light does not work). From week 8 onwards my temps are 68–72F so Trichomes are protected and i lower my humidity to 30% to frost up the buds and eliminate any possibility of botrytis (mold)

what is your runoff EC and PH readings?

my suspicion is ALSO that your PH is too low and as a result causing a nutrient lockout. Its locking out “phosphorus” & “calcium”. Take a look at this PH chart below to help guide you in saying within that 6.5 sweet spot so other nutrients dont get locked out :
