Probably the same thing that would happen if you get caught with an open beer in your carI have my card in California. i live in the bay area and i was wondering what would happen if i get caught with weed n a bong in my car but i have my card. cuz i tend to smoke in my car sometimes.

when you get your card like with all meds in a pharmacy don't you get instructions of use

ya you go through a whole seminar type of thing but i dont remember what the guy said....n i hope its not the same as having open beer...cuz wtf? what if its in there in a paper bag empty.....meaning i wasnt using it..

maybe take the seminar again since it is a very important part of your personal responsibility as a MMJ card holder ,next time maybe take notes
