I have my card in California. i live in the bay area and i was wondering what would happen if i get caught with weed n a bong in my car but i have my card. cuz i tend to smoke in my car sometimes.

Probably the same thing that would happen if you get caught with an open beer in your car

when you get your card like with all meds in a pharmacy don't you get instructions of use

ya you go through a whole seminar type of thing but i dont remember what the guy said....n i hope its not the same as having open beer...cuz wtf? what if its in there in a paper bag empty.....meaning i wasnt using it.. HELP!

maybe take the seminar again since it is a very important part of your personal responsibility as a MMJ card holder ,next time maybe take notes
