Well if you are already going to 12/12 there isn't really a point to LST or top.

What is burring?
You can look up a guide for topping. Basically you just cut the verrry top leaves in the right spot and you get 2 tops instead of one.
I would only do this if you plant on vegging for 2 or 3 more weeks so that it can start growing the 2 tops before the buds grow.

Right. Most people wait until they have 5 nodes before they top. I can't really see how many you have from the pic you posted.

You are at your 6th node I think.
I can't really see the top but you are going to want to cut the below the first 2 set of points in the center of the very top.
It's really easy to mess this up so if you want to wait I can throw together a diagram for ya.
