Ok, so I want to top and clone the tip, but I also need to transplant my plant into a bigger pot. Which should I do first? its about 7 weeks into veg. Outdoor. Organic medium.

no problem with both topping and transplanting simultaneously. As long as you aren't triggering flowering, no problem at all.
Looks a lil late to top though, not that its bad, just it's gonna be tall

Chop that top and clone it. Hard to manage height outdoors so it's gonna be what it's gonna be.

i'd take the top 10cm off, maybe 15cm

Ok thanks guys I just did know if doing both topping and transplanting would stress it out.
