If you grow 1-5 plants this would not be considered trafficking right? And with a clean record what do you think would be worst case, and best case scenario if caught?

Trafficking is moving pot, growing it is manufacturing, no matter if you have 1-1000 you are manufacturing Marijuana. Growing 1-5 plants lowers your chance of getting caught, but if you get busted they could be dicks. Depending on where you live most the times, the punishment is the same for 1 plant as it is for about 99. When you go over that, a lot of times it goes to Federal charges. :) Just from what I have heard and learned. :) Hope it helps. I figure if I am going to grow 1 I might as well grow 99. So I can smoke as much as I want. :) Even though I don't have 99, hopefully I will soon. Only about 50 now. LOL

Why would you assume that? Manufacturing something illegal I am sure is worse then just moving it. You are creating the illegal thing! If you are talking about moving the same weight as you are growing then I would say growing is more trouble. You have 1-2 plants and going to get an ounce or two, and get caught, I would think it is worse then getting caught with one or two ounces moving it. :) Just my opinion and I could be wrong, but I would always think manufacturing carries a heavy charge then trafficking. But if you are growing 2 plants, and comparing it to moving (trafficking) lots of pounds of weed, then the trafficking would be worse. But if the weight is the same, growing would be worse.

I didn't read the other posts, but if they say you're gonna get caught, their right.
The landlord will be all up and in your business, *ahem* your busi-nass, if you will. You better believe they snoop while you aren't there.
idk what kind of landlord you are talking about but ive never seen that. cuz its not true. less than 10% would do that. i saw my landlord once in the 6 months ive lived at my place and he was just cutting the lawn. if a landlord does that its illegal sooo ya 90% of landlords dont do that shit. thats just a dumb statement.
