i grow with LED's but for fresh cuttings i use CFL's and once transplanted to clones i start them further from my LED light then raise the pots to the light...but anyways just use 2 or 3 cfls, you can get a y adapter cheap, even one with a reflector and put the reflector flush on the top of the bucket...
i have clones under this 180watt light as you can see they work with the haight solid state ppf-800....LED's need to be a little further from the canopy depending on lens angle and those cheap panels have .10 of a watt bulbs = no penetration....you need good LED's, and yes they are expensive but worth it....i have 30 6watt bulbs in this light...it is about 6 inches from my three bigger plants and 8-12inches from those clones that were just potted. The footprint of this light is great, i'm in a 4x4 area...

I use a Botanicare Aeroponic cloner, K-L-N rooting hormone and a single 28 watt GlowPanel45 over it for my clones.
It works fantastic.
I keep the LED panel about 4 inches above the clones.
Initially, I cut the clones at 4 inches in length. I then trim all but a few smaller leaves at the top. The rooting process is slowed by too many leaves. The clone will spend too much energy supporting the leaves and not enough growing roots of you have too many leaves on a cutting.
Then, I put each of the cuts into a 1 inch net pot with some hydroton and into the cloner.
The spray in the cloner runs 24/7, and after only 15 days, great roots form. I leave mine in the cloner for 35 days and they grow massive roots about 24 inches long using nothing more than the single 28 watt LED.
At 35 days, the clones are at about 8 inches tall with great branching and as I said, massive roots.
Then I carefully separate the roots and transplant them into my Ebb and Flow system where each plant gets a single 28 watt LED over it for another 35 days of vegging.

The GlowPanel45's that I use have blue and red. They work very, very well.
One of the things you have to realize with LEDs is that they have very little Throw. Throw is how far the light will be effective. More than 18 inches and you might as well be using a candle.
4 to 6 inches is optimal. The GlowPanel supposedly can cover 5 square feet. That's nonsense. It works for about 2.25 square feet at the proper height. That's 18 inches by 18 inches MAX at 6 inches from the canopy.
