quick answer please cloning in water

hi folks i have just topped my plant and am attempting to clone the top
the clone now site in water in small tub with cling film supporting it

QUICK QUESTION do i keep the new clone under the lights in growroomon , on window ledge inside in sunshine, or in a dark room?

A small u.v will do the job. if you got it in grow room with bigger light running, keep new clones in shaded area and atleast 18 hrs. but any light really! Have you got a propogator?
