Quick at showing sex.

Hello, i was wondering if its normal for plants to show sex quickly. i started flowering my ice plant two days ago, well not even correctly i realised i was giving it 14/10 instead of 12/12 anyways its already got pistils forming. Im excited cause i didnt think it would be female, dead happy but just wondering if it was normal.

it has been vegging for 6/7 weeks though.

Many plants presex and show their sex at the 4-6 week mark in veg. Those are the preflowers just luck of the draw some show before flower some show after yours were probably getting ready to show preflowers and the light change super stimulated the process. Nothing wrong with 14/10 for flowering, it stresses the plant a bit but in my experience gives you fatter buds in the end. But I usually go 12/12 the first month of flowering and 14/10 the second
