quick lightbulb question

So, I have a small grow box currently running 1 100w cfl with 2 little seedlings inside. my question is that going to be enough light for these to vegetate? or should i add another 100w to it? also what are the benefits of the 'Daylight' bulbs versus normal cfl's?
i was also wondering is there ever too much C02? I leave a homemade yeast c02 bottle in there constantly and the plants seem to enjoy it?

yes ull need more light probably even more than 2 eventually, the daylights are good for veg (just different spectrum than regular) as for your CO2 ithink it would be extremely hard to have two much CO2 unless it was a completely seeled room

is that cfl a 26 watt thats equal to a 100 wat? it will work for now but u will need more light at least 6cfls for 2 plants 1-2 inches away ,more lumens the better

i have heard several times about this homemade co2 bottle. could i ask you to elaborate on how you made it and how it effects your plants. i want something like this for my veg box.

yes it is a 26 equal to 100. okay thanks well i think ill put two 150w cfls in there for now. good output for now. well how much benefit is there from the daylight bulbs? they only sell the 15w = to uh.. like 60w i think? would it be better to go for the daylight and loose wattage or just use the 100watt
